Cassy & Ben Lawson {Chambersburg, PA Wedding Anniversary Photography}

Cassy and Ben Lawson celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary on August 23rd, 2014 which just happen to be my birthday 🙂  It was a rainy kind of day but full of awesomeness from Cassy and Ben celebrating 10 years together!  It was a wonderful celebration with a hand binding ceremony and Chinese lanterns and of course awesome people who came out and gathered to celebrate their special day!

Please take a look at some of this wonderful couple’s shots…

Cassy and Ben wanted to do a first look.  Of course I loved this and totally was all for it 🙂

The ceremony in Cassy’s parents backyard was perfectly put together.  It was drizzling in the beginning so Cassy had an umbrella to start off the ceremony.

Amanda Wong did such an amazing job with the cakes!  I am telling you they were some of THE best cakes I have tasted yet!

They wanted to go to Wilson Collage to do some shots so off we went…

These next shots are some of my favs!!

Chinese lanterns are such a unique addition to an event!  It was awesome to see them all float away 🙂

Happy 10 years Cassy and Ben!!  Here is to so many more wonderful years together!  Congratulations!!

Helena and Greg Eby’s Wedding {Chambersburg, PA Wedding Photography}

I have been so bad at blogging!!  So sorry it has taken so long to blog this wonderful couple’s wedding day!  Helena and Greg have got to be some of the sweetest and amazing people I have met!  I was so honored to be apart of their wonderful day!  They had soo many awesome shots that it has taken awhile to reduce the amount of shots to blog.  Greg and Helena live in Colorado but came out to Chambersburg, PA to have their wedding since most of their family and friends are there.  They had their engagement session (which you can look at here) at The Inn at Ragged Edge.  They loved it so much that they decided to get ready before the wedding there also.  It is highly recommended and the customer service is amazing!

Here are some shots that I thought should be blogged.  I apologize that there are so many!!

You look amazing Helena!!

Helena and Greg did not see each other before the wedding but they did get near each other in several ways.  First was behind the door…

Helena didn’t want to get lipstick on the door 🙂

Next he was blind folded and she got to see him but he couldn’t see her.  Hmmm, doesn’t seem fair but that is how he wanted it, so its all good 🙂

They had their ceremony at the Penn State Mont Alto Emmanuel Chapel.  It was a lovely location and perfect for their wedding ceremony!

I have to say Mark Durniak of Wold Harvest Outreach did an amazing job doing the ceremony! I was very impressed 🙂

Greg surprised Helena with a letter that he wrote for her…

Then, Greg surprised her by singing to her and had his brother play his guitar and his sister play the piano.  What a talented family and what an awesome thing to do for his wife!!

This is the letter that Greg read to Helena during the service.  What a wonderful keepsake!

The reception took place at Norlo Parks Community Center.

These cupcakes were AMAZING!!  Benita Horst who has her own business – Nita Cupcake – made these wonderful cupcakes and cake!!

They say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck but you guys won’t need it!  Wonderful couple!! Congratulations Greg and Helena!!

Greg and Helena {Chambersburg Engagement Photography}

It has been way too long since I have blogged!!  I am going to try to be much better at it this year.  Lets start out with Greg and Helena’s engagement session.  Can I just tell you how privileged I am to have Greg and Helena fly out to Chambersburg for their engagement session from Colorado!!  I had never met them.  They were referred to me by several in Chambersburg, PA.  We talked on the phone and Greg booked their wedding.  Awesome!  To top it off, they are one of the sweetest couples to work with!  So super excited for their wedding in April 2014!!

We went to The Inn at Ragged Edge for their engagement session.  It is so naturally beautiful and the decor is perfect!  I heard the food is pretty amazing also.  Here are some of my favs of their e-session…

Absolutely gorgeous couple!

Congratulations Greg and Helena!  I can’t wait for your wedding!! 🙂

Nicole and Herman Hofacker Wedding {Chambersburg, PA Wedding Photography}

On July 6, 2013 Nicole Zanin and Herman Hofacker celebrated a very special day of getting married!  I was extremely excited for them!  I got to know them on their engagement session (your can look at that session by clicking the highlighted words 🙂 and knew we would have a wonderful time photographing them at their wedding.  My assistant Frieda Stayman and  I were blessed to photograph this wonderful couple and such a fun wedding party.   The ceremony was at Mt. Pleasant Church in Chambersburg, PA.  Bobby Culler did an amazing job!  What a beautiful church to get married in!

Please, enjoy looking at Nicole and Herman’s special day…

I could not decide which one I liked better the color or black and white but stunning Nicole!!  You are a beautiful bride!

This was such an amazing moment for Nicole and it was awesome to capture it!

Herm and the crew made it seem like Herm forgot Nicole’s ring.  I have to say at first I thought they did 🙂

There was a showering of bird seed alright lol…

The reception was located at VFW…

These next few shots were about Herm and his friends had a bet that if he got married before any of the other friends in the group Herm would have to pay the remaining persons $1,000.  If they got married before him on Herm’s wedding day they would have to pay Herm $100.00.

Beautiful day and a wonderful celebration!  Congratulations Herman and Nicole!!
