Hillary and David Williams {Newville, PA Wedding Photography}

Hillary and David Williams and their friends and families were just amazing to work with on Sept 20th, 2014!  We had an absolutely beautiful day with sunshine and a little bit of clouds to paint the sky.  Everything went smoothly and my assistant Ashely Danner and I were so blessed to be apart of such a special day!  Please take a look at just a handful of highlights of Hillary and David’s amazing day!…

The wedding and reception were held at the beautiful Highland Vue Farms in Newville, PA!

Hillary you are gorgeous!

I have never seen the inside of a dress with the wedding info on it.  Thought this was an awesome idea 🙂

What a wonderful and touching time Hillary and David had when they exchanged cards behind a wall so they couldn’t see each other.  Beautiful moment!

This little bride’s maid was just waiting for her time to walk down the isle.  In the mean time she was watching the gorgeous bride as she was caught up in emotion about getting married.

Love this shot by Ashley, my assistant.  Hillary looking up to the room where it will all take place thinking I am sure about their future together that will begin soon:)

Love how Hillary is completely into David and so excited for their new beginning!!

I am honored to have been able to photograph such a wonderful couple’s wedding!  Congratulations and many wonderful wishes to you both!!

Cassy & Ben Lawson {Chambersburg, PA Wedding Anniversary Photography}

Cassy and Ben Lawson celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary on August 23rd, 2014 which just happen to be my birthday 🙂  It was a rainy kind of day but full of awesomeness from Cassy and Ben celebrating 10 years together!  It was a wonderful celebration with a hand binding ceremony and Chinese lanterns and of course awesome people who came out and gathered to celebrate their special day!

Please take a look at some of this wonderful couple’s shots…

Cassy and Ben wanted to do a first look.  Of course I loved this and totally was all for it 🙂

The ceremony in Cassy’s parents backyard was perfectly put together.  It was drizzling in the beginning so Cassy had an umbrella to start off the ceremony.

Amanda Wong did such an amazing job with the cakes!  I am telling you they were some of THE best cakes I have tasted yet!

They wanted to go to Wilson Collage to do some shots so off we went…

These next shots are some of my favs!!

Chinese lanterns are such a unique addition to an event!  It was awesome to see them all float away 🙂

Happy 10 years Cassy and Ben!!  Here is to so many more wonderful years together!  Congratulations!!

Helena and Greg Eby’s Wedding {Chambersburg, PA Wedding Photography}

I have been so bad at blogging!!  So sorry it has taken so long to blog this wonderful couple’s wedding day!  Helena and Greg have got to be some of the sweetest and amazing people I have met!  I was so honored to be apart of their wonderful day!  They had soo many awesome shots that it has taken awhile to reduce the amount of shots to blog.  Greg and Helena live in Colorado but came out to Chambersburg, PA to have their wedding since most of their family and friends are there.  They had their engagement session (which you can look at here) at The Inn at Ragged Edge.  They loved it so much that they decided to get ready before the wedding there also.  It is highly recommended and the customer service is amazing!

Here are some shots that I thought should be blogged.  I apologize that there are so many!!

You look amazing Helena!!

Helena and Greg did not see each other before the wedding but they did get near each other in several ways.  First was behind the door…

Helena didn’t want to get lipstick on the door 🙂

Next he was blind folded and she got to see him but he couldn’t see her.  Hmmm, doesn’t seem fair but that is how he wanted it, so its all good 🙂

They had their ceremony at the Penn State Mont Alto Emmanuel Chapel.  It was a lovely location and perfect for their wedding ceremony!

I have to say Mark Durniak of Wold Harvest Outreach did an amazing job doing the ceremony! I was very impressed 🙂

Greg surprised Helena with a letter that he wrote for her…

Then, Greg surprised her by singing to her and had his brother play his guitar and his sister play the piano.  What a talented family and what an awesome thing to do for his wife!!

This is the letter that Greg read to Helena during the service.  What a wonderful keepsake!

The reception took place at Norlo Parks Community Center.

These cupcakes were AMAZING!!  Benita Horst who has her own business – Nita Cupcake – made these wonderful cupcakes and cake!!

They say a little rain on your wedding day is good luck but you guys won’t need it!  Wonderful couple!! Congratulations Greg and Helena!!

Hillary and David {Gettysburg, PA Engagement Photography}

Hillary and David decided to have their engagement session in Gettysburg, PA.  I was excited because there are sooo many places to take great shots there!  All though at the end you will see I realized I needed to get a little more into shape lol.  I don’t know how I get to photograph such amazing people but wow, it has been so wonderful to meet and photograph so many super genuinely kind people!  Hillary and David are definitely a couple you want to get to know 🙂

Enjoy looking at some of their shots…

The next shots were at the Sachs Covered Bridge.  Full of beautiful natural light and open shade.  Love shooting there!

We went further into Gettysburg to find some fences.  Little did we know that the sun would start to shine!  We didn’t think we were going to see the sun being that it was so cloudy in the beginning of the session.  Love this next shot!

Color or black and white?  I couldn’t decide so here are both 🙂

We ended the photo session knowing we would probably have a wonderful sunset.  So, I suggested the overlook tower.  I didn’t realize how many stairs there were.  Let’s just say I got my workout lol 🙂

Congratulations Hillary and David!  I can’t wait for your wedding day!! 🙂
